Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a System Methods and Tools - Experimented Epic Owner (f/m) to join our Systems M&T department based in Toulouse, France.You will be part of a team developing software tools that enable system designers to define and design our aircraft equipment. Your challenges: Organise steering board and formal gate reviews to get buy in front of the top management. Act as the primary point of contact for various business stakeholders to understand their Strong knowledge on system design. Facilitate discussions and workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and use cases. Conduct solution validation sessions with business stakeholders and end-users to ensure the proposed solution meets their needs and expectations. Facilitate alignment and prioritization of features across different tool backlogs to support the overall solution delivery roadmap. Monitor the progress of individual tool implementations and identify potential roadblocks or risks that could impact the overall end-to-end solution delivery. Coordinate and participate in end-to-end testing activities with business users to validate the complete solution functionality and user experience. Proactively identify and track blockers that may impede progress, working with relevant teams to resolve them in a timely manner. Your boarding pass: Minimum of 15 years of professional experience required Strong Project management experience in both agile and waterfall, certification or experience in hybrid frameworks is a plus. We are particularly interested in core PM competences such as cost, schedule, EVM, risk & opportunity, supplier management, lessons learnt & recommendations, structure, governance, execution with metrics Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Very good stakeholder management, listening, negotiation, conflict management and communication skills Advanced level of English & French - German will be appreciated Not a 100% match? No worries!
